The process begins with an initial meeting - to understand your particular needs and to determine:
- the scope of the assessment
- the applicable technical standards and specifications
- the unknown weaknesses and areas of concern
- the required outputs including the report format
The second step is the Assessment which is carried out using proven audit practice, establishing objective evidence through interview, witnessing work activity and evaluation of records.
